Shipping Policy

Your order will normally dispatch within 3 working days of placing the order.  While we endeavor to meet such timescales or dates, we do not undertake to dispatch and/or deliver house plans by a particular date or dates.  Delivery timescales/dates specified on the site, in any order of acknowledgement, acceptance or elsewhere are estimates only.  Delivery to customers outside Namibia shall be by electronic format at no additional charge.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please note that under any circumstance, no building plans can be returned to enkcaddesigns.com after they have been delivered to the client.  Unless, enkcaddesigns.com have delivered the incorrect building plan(s) from what the client had ordered.  Therefore, it is very important to make the correct decision when choosing your preferred building plan before ordering and checking out.
