The Kandandu’s Remodel Project
In order to give a new to the existing space of this home, an alteration and addition had to be made. Situated in the suburb of Usab-Karibib, the concept was to modify the house into a 4 Bedroom. High Parapet walls were introduced to renew the exterior look of the house. A new covered stoep, extended open-plan Lounge and kitchen, court allows for effortless movement around the house.
The newly freshened home was a tiny family home with potential waiting to be unlocked. Aesthetically, the home was renewed with a fresh simple stylistic approach. Internally, a main bedroom with ensuite, dining room connecting to the kitchen, guest toilet, and spacious welcoming lounge, scullery and double garage were attached to the existing space.
Our client required the design of a 2 Bedroom Outbuilding, each with own Kitchen, Lounge and Baths. A new Family Lounge was added on the front of the house, while a Storage Room and Court were added to the rear of the house. The client was satisfied and happy with the outcome of the project.
